Queen Elizabeth I was Queen of England and the last Tudor Queen of England. She was crowned Queen Elizabeth I of England in Westminster Abbey in 1559. Her coronation as Queen Elizabeth I ended the terrible reign of Queen Mary Tudor, a Catholic. Queen Mary Tudor was also known as the Queen Bloody Mary.
